Make sure you have your Registration QR code
Youth Leaders: If you registered the majority of your group, but had a few students register as individuals, you will need their registration QR code for check in in addition to the one you received via email.
Your group is responsibly for bringing adult leaders to help guide the students from your church throughout the day, facilitate discussion during small group time, and help us maintain an atmosphere of engagement.
We strongly recommend between a 5:1 and 8:1 leader to student ratio for this event
Make sure you have the right number of group leaders
If you purchased a shirt with your tickets, we will have that information and give you your shirt at check-in. If you want to purchase a shirt during the event, we will have multiple opportunities.
Bring money for merch, raffle entries, and more
We will be releasing pre and post event devotions for you to do with your group or with your individual students! These will help prepare your group to engage with our theme as well as bring the theme home with you.
